Objectives of the components
- Preparation of minimum of four specific training modules in local languages on IVPM
based on alternatives to DDT
- Conduct training for promoting non-POPs based IVPM in a train the trainers mode
- Carry out pilot testing in at least 10 places
Objectives linked to monitoring and evaluation of the project
- Carryout annual project financial audit, prepare annual project progress report and
project implementation report
- Establish project management information system for dissemination of relevant
data/information (Website development)
- Preparation of terminal report
- Organizing inception workshop
- Augmentation of National Steering Committee (NSC), establish project steering
committee (PSC), National project coordination unit, recruitment of national project
coordinator, and other project staff
- Holding of Annual tripartite review/Project steering Committee meetings
- Holding of national technical working group meetings
- Carryout awareness raising and final stakeholder workshop for dissemination of
lessons learnt
- Carryout final project evaluation
